  • Payment information: collected and securely processed by Stripe during checkout.

We only collect data that is necessary to provide the vacation rental property directory service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Set up and manage your portal access.
  • Process payments and handle billing questions.
  • Send service updates, confirmations, and marketing communications (with an unsubscribe link).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged into the portal and secure your session. Cookies are not used for advertising or tracking beyond the portal experience.

4. Third-Party Partners

We work with the following partners, who process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe: payment processing and billing.
  • Cloudflare: hosting, performance optimization, and DDoS protection.
  • Gmail (Google Workspace): email communication.

Each partner is required to handle your data consistent with this policy.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your subscription remains active and afterward until you request deletion. You can request deletion by emailing hello@firstcoastpropertysupport.com.

All marketing emails we send include an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time, and we will promptly honor your request.
